No, you have to wait until you can pay the AOS fee, then you will be able to print out a cover sheet with a barcode to go on top of the AOS packet wink.png I know its a lot, so don't be afraid to ask questions. Also this thread (posts 1 and 2) are well worth reading.

All that are confused at the NVC stage really for read those first two post and stay on that NVC filers thread. Alot of good valuable information gets passed daily. You don't want a simple mistake that could cost you weeks and months of lost time.

Please educate me on this mail...what do I have to do now?

Please go there and read the first two posts, thoroughly.

I was on the same boat the DS-260 should be completed by filling out the correct information of the person intending to come to the US. If you make a mistake on the online packet and submit it, its a hassle to correct it and even the US Embassy might think that you could be lying on the forms. Its a big mess.. Honestly if you are still confused you should contact and immigration attorney like I did. The attorney I went to here in Houston, TX is awesome and she has sooo much knowledge. If you decide to look for one I would definitely recommend her. Her name is Kathryn N. Karam 832-582-0620 and she has really good client reviews.

Hi.. with the civil documents.. i received an email as to what documents to send which is different from what is written on the website.. which do i follow?

Website says:

1. Passport biographic data

2. Marriage and birth cert of each parent

3. Marriage and birth cert of petitioner

4. pixs

5. nbi

NVC email only said:

1. Passport biographic data

2. NBI

3. Petitioner marriage and birth certs

Which do i follow..

2nd question...

can i put the cover sheet and documents for both my parents in one package/mail? should it be separate mails?

3rd question..

do i need to send one of each petitioners birth cert and marriage cert for each parent?

please please help.. thank you in advance
