they are the birthcert original, marriage cert, 2x2 pics 2 copies, police cert of beneficiary.. they give u the site to check ..its all in there the requirements needed to submit to nvc

One thing confuses me is that the list doesn't include medical report...thats after getting the interview date right?

And so they ask for documents after you receive an interview date also? which are they?

the medical will be after you have your case complete.. and for the documents, u can send them after u submit the ds-260

u can/.. ds-260 will be online and at the same time u can send civil docs that day too

I have only been so far asked to fill out DS261 choice of agent online..... where is the DS260? and at what point do you get to fill it out online....i am so confused

The DS-261 is the first step. You will then be invoiced to pay the AOS fee and submit those documents to the NVC (that is the I-864 and all your financial proof). The next step after the DS-261 (AOS and IV track are separate from each other and independent of each other) is to complete the DS-260 which either you or your parents can do. Its very long and very detailed and wants to know all the info from your parent's life history, including previous addresses/employment/parents details.

They are saying approximately 10-15 business days and some agents are even quoting to allow up to 30 business days. Hopefully its not going to be that long but the NVC is very backlogged right now thanks to USCIS flooding them, inclement weather etc.

No, you have to wait until you can pay the AOS fee, then you will be able to print out a cover sheet with a barcode to go on top of the AOS packet I know its a lot, so don't be afraid to ask questions. Also this thread (posts 1 and 2) are well worth reading.
