Petitioner Household 4 $29,812 (myself , wife , bio daughter , previous I-864 person )

2013 Taxes 17,500 (currently in school)

2012 Taxes 91,880 (lost job)

2011 Taxes 56,500

Co Sponsor Household 2 $ 19,662 ( wife and co sponsor )

2013 Taxes AGI 11,650

Social Security 10,080

21,730

I-864 as co sponsor or I-864A to add income ? The 11,650 from my sponsor who is in the same household is from rental property . We have no rental agreement just receipts . Just basic print outs from online and signed with amount . I am in school starting this year and unemployed . My unemployment is from the railroad and will continue to at least 2016 . It would seem to be best to use as a co sponsor , but the rental property is what I am worried about . Will they want to see 2014 receipts as well ?

Also if we do use a co sponsor it would be my wife plus sponsor household of 2 ? I would not be included since I am not on her taxes and filed my own this year and previous years as well .

Thanks for the help
