Submitted DS-261 but fee still not available (split topic)

Hello guys my question i completed my DS-261 form on 7th Feb 2014 And still i haven't got my IV processing fees when i log in the Page to pay my 230$ fee it shows locked not available i called so many times to Nvc they saying wait ur Ds-261 hasn't been reviewed is it normal why is it taking so much time can anybody help here im new in this website and im really worrying its been more than a month and still haven't got My IV processing fees thank u all

People who sent the ds-261 at the beginning of Feb seem to have an abnormal wait time. I suggest asking for a supervisor review into why your ds-261 is taking so long.

I called nvc last night and they said they processjng ds261 of feb 10.mine was completed feb 21 till now havent recieved the iv invoice .they said it takes 10 business days but we are on over 10business days.called nvc and tell them for supervisor review

JKS - So did it ever open up for fee payment? when did it finally come about?
