IV Fee shows "Unlocked" but not payable?

Hi everyone,

When I sign into NVC it no longer shows the little Lock next to the IV fee and allows me to push Pay. Once I am on the Fees page there is not fee listed.

Should I be concerned or is this normal?

It does not show any fee for me to pay. When I log in, there is no box for me to click and pay. Hopefully this is normal. I tried calling NVC to find out what is going on and line is busy.

How do I know that NVC received my AOS docs and looked or scanned into there system? I mailed the AOS supporting documents immediately to NVC after paying the AOS fee.

Same thing happened to me - it "Unlocked" 2/28 but it would not actually show the fee and let me pay until 3/3. It was super frustrating!!! I

Anyhow - I wouldn't worry about it, just be happy it is one step closer! If it goes for more than 5 days or so like that, then I would definitely put in a call. But from what I have seen, this same thing has happened with many people and it works out with no problems. Just a little more patience ;)

This is the email confirmation I got after I submitted AOS and IV docs.

"We received electronic documentation for this case. Please allow up to 20 business days from the day the email was sent for the scanned attachments to be uploaded to the electronic case file and reviewed."

Unfortunately it was a couple of weeks from when I could pay the AOS until I could pay the IV fee (lame!). You can see my timeline in my signature. Anyhow, i got the above confirmation email 5 days after submitting the IV docs.

Also there is a separate email I got confirming the submission of the DS260.

I am not sure if you are doing electronic processing, but I assume the confirmations/notifications are similar whether it is through email or snail mail.

Great! Thank you! Just wanted to make sure that it wasn't just me. :)

I have not received any confirmations for mine, but they just entered them on Wednesday. I just called. It's a little frustrating to call yes, but worth it once you get through and you talk to someone.
