Hello,

Please, VJ fellows, please look at my completed I-751 form and tell me if I did it right. I can't afford an attorney and English is not my native language.

To the mods and admin: Please don't delete my attached file for the privacy reason. I already altered the personal information (both mine and my ex spouse's) but i need to have all the fields filled out so people can look at it and tell me if I missed anything.

Note: I'm divorced from my USC spouse and we didn't have any children.

Thank you all.

I think everything you filled on the form is correct except #23 because you no longer have a spouse.

You should prepare a lot of evidence before sending in the package.

Good luck!

Oh great you caught that, Zkt101! Thank you. I will un-check the box. As for evidence, I wish I had tons of it but the fact is I can't create more than what I actually have. For such a short-lived marriage, I wouldn't expect a couple to have a whole lot of shared stuff. I think I'll be fine. Please wish me luck.

Not for nothing... but while I understand you needing help with forms... I suggest you don't post personal information like your Social Security Number or Alien Registration...

Thanks for your concern, but as I already explained in my initial post, all the personal information was modified.

Ah! My mistake, I was rushing to get out the door and noticed the numbers were filled. Just wanted to look out for a fellow VJ member :)
