Hi all friends

My grandfather filed for our I-130 petition (My father, My mother , my brother (23 yrs now) and me 27 years now ) In oct 1999.

Our petition was approved before that in may 2001,Unfortunately he passed away in July 2001.

It was automatically revoked on his death. We had amended approval in Nov, 2003.

And Uscis sent a letter in 2007 which got returned. though we email them in 2005, 2008 and 2010.. but they never responded to it.

Now in 2013, With help of attorney we filled Humanitarian reinstatement. Which landed in no man's land.

On uscis website it says to fill in original center where petition was originally approved but now they asking us to fill at CSC.As petition was returned by state at this place.

We have submitted all the original Documents and it no where to be found.

attorney cant speak about the case as g-28 is not on file, as they not opened up packet.

Substitute sponsor cant speak as they cant identified him related to the case.

Wont give out info to beneficiary.

I have opened up an ombudsman ticket and contact congressman as well..

Ombudsman wait 60 days and congressman just mentioned we have contacted uscis regarding this.

But so far it is not going anywhere.

Kindly advise.
