Hello everyone,

If we choose me (the beneficiary) in the choice of address and agent form DS-3032, can I make all the payment from my husband's bank account since I don't have an account in a US bank? The form says "Signature of applicant" isn't that my husband?

The DS-3032 is obsolete. You'll now be filling out the DS-261 online. You can fill it out. No need to sign anything. Also, they just care that the payments for the AOS and the IV come from an American bank account, not whether or not it's yours. You might want to check out the monthly NVC thread posts 1 & 2 as they will answer most of your questions.

Thank you. Not very familiar with the forum or anything honestly. We did pretty much anythinb without VJ and then I found this place but I can only go to certain things. lol.
