Has anyone experienced the following:

My wife (US born citizen) submitted our I-130 in the first week of February 2014 to the Phoenix Lockbox. A week later she receives a text saying that her signature does not match exactly the one in her paperwork. She re-submitted the forms with her signature as per her official ID document.

She called a week later to ensure the USCIS received it, they confirmed they had.

It his now week 6 and we have not received the NOA1. So my wife calls the USCIS again and they state that she will hear in due course.

Hmmm! it's rather perplexing that it has taken so long with no official confirmation.
