Hello everyone, I sent my I-751 December 26 2013, it has been almost three months since I sent it and my marriage is not working at all. My husband is active duty in the Marines and suffers from severe PTSD and alcohol abuse. he wants to separate and my case is pending, what should I do now? I need all the help and advice I can get. Thank you very much.

well u have already the conditional greencard so u probably have not to go to an interview again and will get approved without a interview...I would talk to ur husband and ask him if he would go with u in case u both get called in...if not just wait and see if they approve u without an interview..most removals of condition get approved without interview..good luck

well in that case she needs to bring a lot prove that this marriage was in good faith...maybe a written affidavit from the husband...from friends who observed that the marriage was legit..bank accounts tax returns in both names and so on...or if the husband is nice and would go with her to the interview that would help for sure...she probably has a approval notice very soon in the mail...good luck
