Starting a job at Walmart is a good start. Those who stay there, stay by choice. 70% of their management team worked their way up from a min wage job. Anyone who wants a better and faster opportunity needs an education. Work extra hours, save money and and prove their worth. If Walmart doesn't appreciate them, then it is wise to move from that job and seek the next rung on the ladder. I can't think of many people who aspire for a career at Walmart, but if it's their choice, I support them up and until they whine and complain about how many opportunities they missed and how they could have been a contender.

Refer to my previous posts in this thread Penny. I have never demeaned anyone who works at Walmart. I have only disputed the dead-end cause of trying to force Walmart or any company to pay a living wage. Anyone who wants better pay and a better life should pursue a better education. That's all, that's it.
