I know of some cases that has taken them like 4 months to actually get an interview date, so do not worry too much. I would call them after 30 days of your biometrics have passed and see what they say. Sometimes it just takes them longer.

Arrh .... waiting is killing. Since my biometric, I haven't heard from them yet. Should I be worried or call?

I can't stop thinking that they forget to press the button when they did my biometrics. I guess I will have my husband call them on 23rd this month and see what they are doing.

Hi,

Im still waiting for the testing and Interview stage, but from the website it looks like they are handling september 2013 aos files...but the people I know who filed in february got their interviews in may, so you should have something in June...Im just waiting to get even at the interview stage! best of luck

I applied my AOS application on Mar. 20 together with EAD & AP. I need to travel mid-June...but I have received absolutely no news from USCIS. I genuinely question their work efficiency. Why do they make it so difficult for those filing AOS to travel outside the U.S.? It's just beyond me. Remember when you applied for I-131 (AP), you had to write a reason why we qualify for AP with specific travel dates. Now that letter turned out to be meaningless because my travel dates are fast approaching. I haven't booked my flights, but airfares are ridiculously high after June.

ROC

04/06/16

- I-751 mailed by priority

04/08/16

- NOA1

11/30/16

- card ordered (no interview)
