a couple of AOS questions! ^^

hey vj haven't been here for a while, been super busy since i arrived but it's time for us to focus on preparing for AOS so i return here to you awesome people who helped us so much with our K1 <3

okay so, going to apply for my ssn on thursday, and we are planning to get married on the 3rd may~(bit late i suppose, but still within the 90 days )

so my questions are as follows~

-if we marry in the 90 days, but AOS is a few days after the 90, is that okay?(i doubt this will happen but just incase we are delayed)

-does fiance file i-864 if not above poverty limit?(he is like, almost there, just like, 100 off or something xD)

-as fiances parents file taxes/own buisness together, is only one i-864 needed or do we need a i-864 and an i-864a?

Yes, it is ok. There is no deadline to file for AOS, just file as soon as possible so you are not out of status long.

Yes, the USC petitioner/sponsor is required to file an I-864.

One parent files the I-864 and the other provides an I-864A to go with the spouse's I-864.
