...not being able to see each other personally w/ in the last 2 yrs is not really a problem bec uv seen each other already presonally and having a child is a plus, as long as there is a proof of constant communication you can provide chat logs as evidence or supporting docs coz wat the consulate is really trying to look up to is a genuine proof of relationship...gudlak and hav a nyc daygood.gif

Ohhh wow a year ago? Do you know the processing times till its complete? Its a good thing that your applying for a tour visa. Were all going through tough times but all we can do is wait. After 8 months of struggling with my divorce, finally ive submitted my petition for my fiance. Keep your head up and stay strong.

If you have not met within two years you can not file for a K-1 ( but you already know that) anybody that comes on here and tries to tell you different is completely wrong and should not post if they have no idea what they are writing about.

i know right! and i am afraid it will take a longer time for it to be annulled. its really hard to take steps for now because things are so confusing and unclear in terms of legalities. maybe i have to wait still and set another goal if ever it is still on the process. thank you and congrats to you!

it was filed a year ago, all i need to do is to wait for it for the mean time.however, can i apply for a tourist visa just in case itll be delayed ?

If you don't mind my asking, what kind application papers that you've filed a year ago? your annulment? I heard it takes long process before they granted it. I hope yours is going faster. Of course you can apply B-2 visa ( a tourist visa) and no harm to try as long as you meet the requirement. Good luck!
