Liam Neeson blasts Mayor de Blasio for skipping carriage horse stable tour: 'He should have manned up and come'

The 'Non-Stop' actor hosted a dozen City Council members at the Clinton Park Stables, which house 78 Central Park carriages horses — and expressed his anger at Mayor de Blasio's absence. Neeson also ripped de Blasio's plan to replace the carriages with electric cars.
