Hey all,

So with our itineraries we sort of have 3 pages one with passenger name, second with actual itineraries, and lastly with the charge details. There is no passenger name on the second page so we sort of have to send all 3 sheets or at least the first two. Is it better to staple these together or to just hole punch everything and put them in a ACCO fastener?

Thanks for taking your time to help!!

Passport stamps and the actual boarding passes and/or baggage claim tickets showing you were actually on the flight are better proof of meeting than itineraries.

Echoing the others, boarding passes, not itineraries are the way to go. If you no longer have boarding passes, you can do as we did and contact the airlines and have them provide you with a proof of travel letter for the specific flights you travelled on. Depending on the airline you flew on, they may charge a nominal fee to issue a letter to you, (British Airways did not charge, while Continental did).

In summary, boarding passes + passport stamps OR proof of travel letter + passport stamps and you'll be good to go. Itineraries only prove that you purchased a ticket.

A boarding pass doesn't prove you were actually on the flight either.

Passport stamps and in-country receipts are much more solid evidence.

Perhaps a frequent flyer account statement? Not sure if this would be acceptable, but miles for a flight ONLY post after completion of the particular segment. You could have a boarding pass, but if you don't complete the flight then the miles don't post.

I was extra overcautious and sent in all my itineraries, boarding passes, and passport stamps. I front loaded my file and was approved without any RFE and no hiccups at the interview. Send as much as you can if it makes you feel comfortable.

Thanks for all the feedback, We already included boarding passes and our passport stamps, I was i guess overloading the front. However, we do not have all of the boarding passes so I guess today is calling the airlines to send us them again.
