Is the guestimate that VJ gives for NOA2 is?
Has anyone got theirs in that time frame? (Mine is the next 2-7 days according to here) I am a Feb (11th) filer.

February 4, 2014: I-129f sent

February 11, 2014: I-129f delivered

February 14, 2014: NOA1 received via email/text

February 18, 2014: NOA1 received in mail (dated 2/11)

February 19, 2014: Alien Registration Number changed

May 28, 2014: RFE issued

May 30, 2014: Text/ email that RFE was issued

June 2, 2014: RFE hardcopy received

June 3, 2014: RFE reply sent

June 4, 2014: RFE reply Received

June 10, 2014: NOA 2 (Text)

How accurate? Reasonably.

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding

Ours took almost 5 months. Remember, the dates posted a\on VJ are only those that chose to post them. There are hundreds that are not posted. 5 months is a good estimate.

Day 1    11-20-2017  Filed N-400 Online

Day 1    11-20-2017  NOA1 for N-400

Day 4    11-24-2017  NOA1 hardcopy arrived in the mail

Day 25  12-15-2017  Biometrics Appointment at Ft Smith, AR ASC

Day 104 03-02-2018 Notified Interview Letter Sent.

Day 151 04-18-2018 Interview at Fort Smith, AR 

Day 174 05-11-2018 Oath Ceremony at Fort Smith USCIS.

 

Day 1,370 - JOURNEY from K1 Visa to Oath of Citizenship is now COMPLETE!

Yea I would say pretty accurate but it all goes off data other users' have inputted. or not inputted as the case may be. Like I wouldn't set your clock by it but its a good estimate

[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

[January 24th 2013] NOA1
[July 08th 2013]- NOA2 (approved 165 Days)
[July 18th 2013] Case forwarded to NVC
[July 26th 2013] We call DoS and are finally given our case # - I book medical immediatly

[July 29th 2013] Case forwarded to US Embassy, London
[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

It's funny cause I got my noa2 for the k1 at the very last day of what vj suggested. So it was pretty spot on. With the ead and ap it was the same. Always at the very last minute to not be out of the suggested time frame.

It is just estimates according to the data input by so many users. So far, the data base here is getting bigger and the more people enter their dates and make their timelines the more accurate the data. We got our NOA2 in the range VJ suggested. But if did not work do not panic, remember 5 months the preset duration to obtain your NOA2 and you have to add 2 to 4 months for NVC and consulate processing.

YEah I know the 5 month thing... I was just curious how accurate it has been for some users. It seems like it is pretty accurate.
