I'm appreciate all of your helps on my I864 to sponsor my mom.

have the concern because I filled join tax with my spouse and my income is enough to sponsor my mom. Do he need to fill 864A since he join tax with me?

In part 6 13a: Should I enter only my individual income or both of us?

Fill your individual income in part 6... Item 5. If you file tax jointly then mention your spouse income in item 6a to 6c and total of item 5 and 6c to be mentioned in item 10. And fill up I 864A for spouse/household member whom you mentioned in item 6 of part 6!

In 13a mention total income from tax transcript according to year.

Yes!! Pay stubs, tax transcript, cover sheet of AOS from CEAC, W2s, Employment letter, proof of permanent residence/Citizenship, I 864 of primary sponsor, I 864 A of any house hold member you are using and All these documents along with I 864 for Joint sponsor if, income is below 125% of US poverty line.

Become I have enough income to sponsor my mom. The concern here is I don't really need his sponsor. It is complex because we join tax.

So, If I enough income, can I send only his 864A?

If u dont want joint sponsor then no problem. you fill your I 864 along with I 864A of household member with whom you are filling tax jointly because tax transcript will show your joint income so, its required to fill I 864A.
