I-130 verbally approved at the office, how long will it take for me to get I797?

We went in for the interview last week, March 5th. I am gay, I've known my partner for 17 years, but the age difference between me and my partner is about 46 years old. We were concerned but we were very prepared as we live together and we know each other inside out. The interview went well, and the officer said to my lawyer he would send the approval notice to her. How long does it usually take? I assume if the officer says he approved it, he approved it. But I will always feel a bit more relaxed once i get the email/text notification the receipt of approval in mail. Let me know if you guys have any experience. I got two misdemeanors, and the officer said he would have to check with his legal team to see if 601 is required. It will be very easy for me to prove the waiver as my partner is much older and have tons of medical conditions, he can't manage with me on the daily bases, Let me know if you guys have similar experience.

What type of visa are you adjusting from?

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
