I paid the AOS feed on 2/6 and I have not been billed for the IV Fee. I sent the DS-231 online on 3/4/14.

Typoe, it was the form

DS-261.

When I login online it says the IV has not been billed you.

After ds-261 has been submitted
you have to pay the 88 dollars fee for the Affidavit of support, once Paid you have to mail your i864 form and the supporting documents of financial and income evidence.
in a few days more you will receive another email similar to that one stating the the Inmigrant Application fee is available to be paid, you pay 230 dollars and the form DS-260 will be available to be filled online and for you to send the civil documents that support your application (birth certificate, police certificate, etc..,)
It doesnt matter if you send one pacake of documents first, and the other one after..or if you send both packages at the same time...

if your DS-261 has already been submited and completed.. and the fee for AOS already PAID.. you can send the docs,

keep waiting for your IV fee invoice..

We are waiting for someone to come from DR to give us their incometax info to send the I-864.
