please Guide me ...read this emails from embassy...

Embassy ask for fresh documents in Feb 2014 and i send fresh medical and ds260 and pictures on 26th Feb and on 1 march i send email to embassy did they got my papers and i got this reply ...

We have received the provided document/information, subsequent appointment will be given to appear for the oath & fingerprints, to our office. Similarly, we will make contact accordingly.

and after this my case updated 3 time and today i got 2 email from embassy ...but i did not send any email to embassy

1st at 9:11 am today

Its mean they put my case back under Ap again???what chances that they will call me for finger prints and give me visa???

in last email they mention that The wait could possibly be quite lengthy .Why its already very lenghty 3 years and 6 Months

I would ignore the 2nd email. They need time to go over the documents you sent them and put them into their computer system. They will call or email you soon to come to the embassy.

Every email they are sending you thats mean they are working on your case and inshallah in this time you will get it bro i know u have been AP long time like me but we will all get it in this time inshallah just wait for phone calls from embassy or check online the case status once a month email them they will replay good to you hope you will get it soon bro inshallah no worried

is this a new rule to get fresh oath and finger prints? your case probably will go through a counselor review which can take up to 3 months..but again i am not sure..as i am on the same boat..

what u are not sure? i think if visa is ready then they call for fingerprints and new oath its new i think...i dont get any email about review .i only got that wait u will get call from embassy for fingerprints and oath .....

Embassy scheduled Oath and Finger prints daily on limited amount...

when amount complete they postpone on next Fixed date...

same situation in your case... they will call you and tell you your scheduled date of oath...
