Transfer from NBC to CSC?????????

DOes anyone know how long NBC usually takes to transfer case to CSC? is there a timeline for transfer?

That is weird, yours still in MSC!!! I haven't seen MSC processing I-129F recently, they usually transfer it to CSC. Mine was transferred to CSC one week after I received I-129F NOA1 Receipt Date.

I received email from CRIS - "...Your I-129F case has been transferred to CSC and is pending..."

Maybe MSC started processing I-129Fs, someone in this forum might shed some light on this.

so i just called my attorney who is helping me with my case...and he said i shouldnt call the MSC to find out about my case as it will complicate things.....IS THAT TRUE?

there is noone is this whole universe who can actually tell me what to do?

even the lawyer was like, "call me after half an hour, i am busy"

Mine was transferred to VSC, take a look at my timeline. It took a little while for VSC to receive it and I do believe the petitioner will get the notice of transfer and notice of receipt at the service centre through snail mail as well. My NOA1 has the address of Chicago, not the National Benefits Centre (not sure if this makes a difference) but I got a notice when NBC received it and when they transferred it.

I just checked your timeline and your NOA1 date was on the Friday just before the holidays so I wouldn't really worry about it yet.

Have you signed up for online status? Check the date of your I-129F to see if it was touched within the past few days.

i have signed up for online status..and i was touched yesterday....

i called up the 1800 number at NBC and the computer said "you will be noticed when we reach a decision". Does this mean they might proces it there it self.

this is all so confusing....i guess i am overreacting.....

If it was touched yesterday they are probably getting it ready for transfer. Shouldn't be too much longer before you receive a notice of transfer (then after a notice of receipt from CSC).

The message is probably from the same message on your NOA1 which pretty much says the same thing.

I only received a "Transfer Notice" on I-797C and never received a notice of receipt from the CSC. Is there a problem with my case?

Oh, I'm not sure. I got my receipt from VSC both in email and hardcopy. If your case is already at CSC then there shouldn't be a problem since they received it.

The problem is there is no way for me to find out if CSC actually has my case or not. When I call the first level support they just go to the website and tell me that it has been transfered to CSC. I don't actually know if CSC has received it or not or have they been working on my case or not. My case has not even been touched since 11/3 near when it was transfered.

Does your online status just say that it was transferred on X date? I don't know, I don't have any advice in that matter.
