Panicking and annoyed... am I better off getting i 693 filled out?

Hey

I posted a message a few days ago explaining that I had already my medical (within a year of crossing), and it's valid till July...Well I decided to get my binder organized for my GC interview on April 10th, thinking my medical exam was sufficient...Well now I realize at the bottom, the vaccintation worksheet says:

Results:

"Vaccination history incomplete, and then applicant may be eligible for a blanket waiver because vaccinations are not medically appropriate"

At the time of my medical exam, I was pregnant and I am not sure what isn't complete?!

I am assuming I must be missing some sort of vaccination? But I have no idea what... My vaccination record is up to date and states what I've had since my birth in 1988...

Should I see a civil surgeon? If so, do I even have time to get in before my interview...

I am completely stressing.
