Hey guys its been a long time coming and finally my fiancee was able to get her medical scheduled (03/18/2014) and Kiev Interview on 03/20/2014. I want to thank everyone in helping me in these 5 months its been a long journey.

Here are the items that my fiancee will bring to the Embassy,

DS-160 Confirmation page

Interview appointmend page from ustraveldocs

Police certificate, Birth Certificate

Medical exam (white envelope)?

My 134 Affidavit of Support (I stated I make 22880 a year because my pay rate is from $11.00-20.00 an hour my employer could only put the minimum on the letter so i may make alot more can she explain that?)

I stated on question 7 "I have on deposit in savings banks in the United States 3,677

Letter from the bank supporting my 3,677

Letter from my security company signed that I will make a minimum of 22880 a year and that I am employed full time.

I included my 1040EZ from turbo taxes from 2011 to 2013. In 2013 I made $40,400 and included my two w2's from this year I did not have from 2012 etc.

My fiancee will also bring 60+ pages of our Skype, Facebook, vkontakte everyday.

25 photos, my visa's stamps from my two visits to her, tickets to show that i visited her twice.

Our re-affirmed letters of intent with today's date on it.

Approved letter from USCIS (still trying to find a letter from NVC) will they really need it?

Anything else she should bring? We also went over all of the 150 potential questions thoroughly and now rehearsing too any tips or advice guys?

Here are the items that my fiancee will bring to the Embassy,

DS-160 Confirmation page - OK

Interview appointmend page from ustraveldocs - OK

Police certificate, Birth Certificate - OK

Medical exam (white envelope)? - YES white envelope

My 134 Affidavit of Support (I stated I make 22880 a year because my pay rate is from $11.00-20.00 an hour my employer could only put the minimum on the letter so i may make alot more can she explain that?) - I was never asked any questions as for Affidavit of Support, plus on my humble opinion they do not ask questions, they just check docs. But you should be fine.

I stated on question 7 "I have on deposit in savings banks in the United States 3,677 - OK

Letter from the bank supporting my 3,677 - OK

Letter from my security company signed that I will make a minimum of 22880 a year and that I am employed full time. - OK

I included my 1040EZ from turbo taxes from 2011 to 2013. In 2013 I made $40,400 and included my two w2's from this year I did not have from 2012 etc. - OK

My fiancee will also bring 60+ pages of our Skype, Facebook, vkontakte everyday. - I say do not bring more than you already have, cos they don't read...... I had around 80 pages.... NOT EVEN CHECKED THEM.....they just looked at them and never even read a single page chat ahahaha

25 photos, my visa's stamps from my two visits to her, tickets to show that i visited her twice. - THAT"S VERY GOOD, cos they love photos from what i've seen :)

Our re-affirmed letters of intent with today's date on it. - OK

t

Approved letter from USCIS (still trying to find a letter from NVC) will they really need it? - I had NOA2 and NVC with me too, but never handed to them (took them just in case).

Anything else she should bring? We also went over all of the 150 potential questions thoroughly and now rehearsing too any tips or advice guys? - Don't over stress yourself, they do not ask many questions.....I was asked two questions and that's it. Good luck with your interview!

You should be fine. Make sure your fiance ALSO understands that there is a possibility that she could be asked questions that are made purposefully wrong in an attempt to gauge her reaction to them.......

,,,like.....What do you know about the four previous wives he had?

What about the 12 children he has fathered>

Or, all those felonies?

Moscow has seemed to become easier in later years....but also don't know what the current geopolitical climate might reveal.

Thanks so much everyone I will tell my fiancee to relax more I think we should b good I will post results in 10 days!!! Thanks alot again!!

Yes, don't do a lot of worrying about the interview at Kyiv assuming there aren't any obvious problems with your case. My fincee had her interview at Kyiv on Thursday and told me that the Ukrainian employee that took her documents asked her a couple easy questions and quickly glanced at the phone logs I sent - didn't look at any pictures, emails, skype logs or any other relationship evidence we had. The CO didn't ask her anything! Tell your fiancee not to worry.

They don't do that in Kiev as far as I know. They only ask a few basic questions like when did you meet, how many times did you meet in person, how often do you communicate, did you meet each other's families, and that's pretty much it. Unless they see some red flag, the interview goes very easy and it's pretty much impossible to get denied in Kiev if all your documents are in order.

Thats awesome because we met in Kiev back in July of 2013 for 3 days (I couldnt go longer due to Police Academy) then we met again in January 2nd 2014 for 15 days and I met her parents. Her parents are very supportive of our relationship and her parents talk to my parents via skype too!

My interview was today and I got APPROVED! They didn't ask for anything else other than what was stated in the package and just barely asked me a few questions about how we met, last time I went to the states to visit him, and where we planned to live! I did have a bit of a hiccup with my fingerprints but all in all it went great! Looking forward to Monday to finally have the visa in my hands!!
