Hi Guys..

Sorry to be a pain but im really struggling with the I-864, would somebody mind clarifying the following points..

Background

Wife: USC (currently living and working in UK)

Me: UK Citizen (currently living and working in UK)

On the I-864..

Part One - Information on your Sponsor (Mailing Address): Should this be my Wifes UK address?

Place of residence (if different): Should be same as above

Part Four - Sponsors employment: Do I put my wifes employment details from UK or select "Unemployed"?

Is my wifes household the UK address or the US address ?

Where do people get the forms notorized ?

Does your wife have a Co -sponser living in the US? Sorry I dont know about the UK, but I thought the sponsor had to have established employment and domicile in the US. Otherwise, I think you half to put your wife's UK address and employment information. I'm sure someone else knows more though.

03-22-05 Sent $70 I-864 payment to

05-02-05 Sent I-864 packet to NVC

05-11-05 NVC received IV payment

01-11-10 Passed Interview

01-16-10 Received notice for swearing in ceremony
