Those were so cool. I kind of wish I had one even now!

I used to wear those to the gym...it always looked nasty, lol.

pegging...I assume it is the same think as tight rolling. Youfold your jean leg over tight and roll it up. Wear slouchy socks...

Thanks, I was trying to figure that out too! I've always only heard of tight-rolling, but never could because I always wore stirrup pants! :lol:

ahhh, of course! hahahaha.....and come on.,....who else here wore EG Smith Socks? It couldn't have been just me, damnit!

And you're right on the hypercolor...omG anytime anyone wore them, they just looked gross. That's why I only wore mine to the gym :thumbs: at least there would be an excuse! Not that I'm normally sweaty, but it IS FL :)

About 5-6 years ago I was waiting to check in to a Chicago-London Virgin flight when who should cut in front of everyone waiting in line but SIMON LEBON! And then 5 minutes later NICK RHODES! also cut in line and check in. Simon was very wrinkled and thinning, Nick was wrinkled had frosted hair and about 4'10'. They were both wearing leisure suits with their shirt unbuttoned one too many. The English have an expression for it, "mutton dressed as lamb"

The 80s died for me that day.
