Remeber the Garbage pail kids, I had the stickers....the real yucky dirty snotty kids.

And Atari...with the joystick and the roll ball that would pinch the heck outta your hand if you roll too fast or hit a corner.

Yup, I remember all of those!

OMG Teddy Ruxpin scared the ####### out of me. I had one that lived at my grandma's house and I didn't want to say I didn't like it so she put it in my room with me at night, where I could never sleep after that.

I remember all of this and then some.

I recall crying in the middle of a local department store because I wanted a Baby Elizabeth soooo soooo soooo bad! This is terrible, but I didn't cry because I was spoiled I cried because my grandmother threatened to get me the one of a different ethnic background!!!!! All I can say is that baby elizabeth didn't hold up well with soap scum all over her from the many baths she was given.

I got the ever popular baby alive. My mother claims I stuffed her so full of baby food that did not happen to come out of the other & end she ended up molding.

Baby Beans dolls!!! Your comment about Baby Alive just sparked a memory I'd forgotten of having a crying Baby Beans doll.

It didn't go moldy, but as a result of my babysitter/neighbor having a baby and my 8 year old self watching her feed it mashed bananas, I fed some mashed bananas into the baby beans doll and she never cried again!

I might be mistaken, but I think the first time Michael Jackson did the moonwalk on tv was on "Motown 25" in the spring of 1982. I think. Maybe. Actually, I'm ALLLMOST sure.
