Hello All,

I filed my AOS package but unfortunately, I didn't arrange the document as mentioned in the cover letter. I was in haste and accidentally placed the cover letter under instead of being over. Will this result to denial of my application?

Hello All,

A denial because your evidence is out of order. you didn't even have to have a table of contents. I doubt if they ever even look at them. Long as in your packet you have the required info and evidence to back it up you will be okay.

Hope at least the check was on top though.

The check was staple to the cover letter and it was the full amount. The only mistake was to place the cover lett under instead of over. Also, all the forms wall had fasteners separating them. I am eager to know if there will be any problem with the arrangement that's all

No. They disassemble the whole thing, ripping off all the tabs, run it through a autofeed scanner, both sides, then reassemble the packet in the order they want, minus all the tabs, fasteners, and anything else that does not fit through the scanner. Hopefully, not too much damage is done in the process. From there forward, the electronic version of the packet is processed and what you sent them gets put in a box and stored away.
