Last address outside the US of more than one year

Hello, I just had a quick question about the G-325A I am filling out. When I was a little boy around 5 years old I lived in Ecuador for about 3 years. This was almost 30 years ago. Do I need to put that address on the line where is says "Applicants address outside the US of more than one year"? I have no idea what that address was and I asked my parents and they can't remember either. What should I do? Should I just put the city and country? Leave it blank?

Thanks for your help.

Ok so I just found out that while living in ecuador we did not live at one single house for more than one year. We moved around about 4 times. Does this mean I do not include that last address? So should I leave that part blank?

Put the LAST address you lived as it requests you do. So, if you lived in 100 different places only one of those will be the last one. Do NOT leave it blank!
