How can I confirm that my fiance's child is included?

Hello, My fiancé is freaking out about this and now it has me worried too.

We are concerned that her 13yr old daughter was not included our visa request. I put her daughters name and information on the I-129f and included her passport style photo as well as included her on the affidavit of support.

We have confirmation of the Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application (D-160) for Child of K1 (K2) for her daughter.

The I-797 letter I received only has my fiancé's name on it as the beneficiary but not her daughters. Should her daughters name be on there to?

Am I missing something?

How can I confirm that her daughter is included with our fiancé visa request?

Thank you for your help on this!

No the I-797 will not list the daughter.

If you listed her daughter on the I-129F she is included.. so relax wink.png. A 2nd visa fee will be paid at BPI for the K2, the process is much the same as with the K1, after making the appointment for the K1 it will ask if you want to schedule another this is where you add the K2 for the same date/time... follow the embassy instructions letter.

(BTW passport photo of daughter is not requested with the I-129f just of you and your fiancee... as reference for others)

Thank you Hank.

Yes I completed the K1 and then the K2 online for her daughter as the companion. What I was remembering about her daughters photo was where I uploaded it online for the D160.

Kaye will be happy that everything is ok!

Ah yes you do need a passport photo for the DS-160.

Sounds like you are good to go.
