Going home but haven't receive Green Card

Is it possible to go home to my country without green card? It's for my dad were still waiting for the processing and his mom is sick that's why he has to go home asap. I would really appreciate any help:)

He should apply for advance parole/travel document before leaving the U.S if his green card application is still pending.

depends on which visa you hold when you did a POE event.

I'm unsure what process you are doing and where you are in it? Also who is who? who is the petitioner, who is the beneficiary and who is travelling?

Your profile says other. Your timeline says you haven't yet completed the CR1 process....

and

he came in on a tourist visa

and

you filed the big I-130+I-485 plus the rest of the ancillary forms, two of them being the I-131 and I-765.

Mom's back in the PI, and Dad wants to scamper back and help her.

Did he already do biometrics on the I-131? If yes, then there's a chance to get expedited AP,

but

if he was out of status between his tourist visa expiration and the USCIS receipt date, is possible he cannot come back into the USA, even on a AP card/document. It's really dependent on what CBP thinks when he crosses back into the USA.
