What does they mean by local office?My hubby is from Texas.

Please update if anybody has same status.

"Transfred to Local office" means your case file was transferred to California, Texas, Nebraska or Vermont for faster processing. You should be be getting a letter from USCIS in the mail soon informing you where exactly your file was transferred to.

Since your NOA1 date is September 2013, you should join the thread for September 2013 and also request (in that thread) to be added to the September 2013 spreadsheet. This helps all of us to keep track of the progress of our cases.

Also, the consulate in your timeline says Armenia. Please correct it.
