Does anyone know if an affidavit of a bona fide marriage needs to be notarize? I live in Thailand. This would be an affidavit from a friend to support a bona fide marriage. Thank you.

While these affidavits are worthless and considered secondary evidence at best I think you will do it anyway.

Notaries verify signatures only having nothing to with content of documents.

In Thailand lawyers serve and love to see the farangs.

No doubt. I had one charge me $1000 for a Non-O before I knew any better. I did get a ticket to Singapore out of the deal. Small consolation I suppose.
