IV Application Processing Fees: Not Available

Timeline

Hello VJ members,

I have done the following so far

Feb 12: Got the NVC case number in mail.

Feb 20: Filed the DS-261 form online

Feb 20: Paid the AOS fess

Mar 1: Sent the AOS package

It is almost 20 days (from Feb 12) and stil the IV application page says it's locked. How long does it take to open up the IV payment link? Any idea? Thanks.

NVC Received : 2013-12-26

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2014-02-12

Pay I-864 Bill 2014-02-20

Receive I-864 Package :

Return Completed I-864 :

Return Completed DS-3032 : 2014-02-20

Receive IV Bill :

Pay IV Bill :

Receive Instruction Package :

Case Completed at NVC : 2014-04-21

well the IV bill depends on when did you fill up the DS-261. we're on the same situation, getting so frustrated with the IV invoice. I filled DS-261 feb 18 and still no IV invoice. my husband called them and said 10-15 business days. it'll our 15th on 11. hopefully we'll have our IV by then.

this NVC process is really taking a loooooooooonnnnnggggggg time thatn expected.

Nov 5 2013: NOA 1Priority date

Dec 11 2013: NOA2

Feb 4: DS-261 available (choice of agent) mistakes done

Feb 6:AOS fee generated

Feb 7:AOS payment

Feb 10: AOS Paid

Feb 18: DS-261 submitted (2nd time)

March 11: CR2 IV invoiced

March 20: AOS checklist mailed off

March 21: CR1 IV invoiced

March 22: CR2 and CR1 IV payment made

March 25: IV paid & DS-260 done

March 28: IV packets sent

April 11: CASE COMPLETE (called NVC)

May 14: Interview Schedule

They took 20 business days to accept our DS-261. There was a backlog at NVC. They are trying to get it through.

Your fees should be invoiced in a week or two hopefully. However, you can always call NVC and ask them if they have accepted your DS-261.
