Initial Review

On February 25, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators.

I'm not sure. I know that when cases are transferred then there's an approval to follow soon but I don't know about alien registration number changing.

Please fill in your timeline. This will really help us in determining when you should be getting approved

They did have something to say, they told you the truth. If you're looking for someone to tell you you will be approved soon, then yes, you will be approved soon. But that's also lying to you. No one can tell you with any certainty when or if you will be approved. I suggest in the future if you want to ask further questions you refrain from being rude to those trying to help or no one will be wiling to help.

I love how people complain about proper English on an immigration web site.

This. But being rude is still unnecessary, no matter how ESL.

it means that during the upcoming weeks the USCIS will be looking to verify the information about you (the applicant and the petitioner) provided on the application forms, do a background check to see if either one of you is a security threat to in USA, and if any of you have a criminal history, wanted by the government, was involved and any banned things by the law, tec.

and they look into the circumstances of your relationship to see if it indicates and (fraud) issues, meaning that if it is marriage for the benefit of staying in or moving to the states, which is illegal to do.

then according to this they will;

1-approve your application and forward it to the NVC with recommendations notes to consider while conducting the interview in the consulate and what to ask for and so on, by then you will no longer be contacted or concerned by the USICS, and will be dealing with the National Visa Center which will take over your case and ask for more evidence (RFE), the medical, AOS, Visa fees, fingerprints and police certificate, and so on

2- request more evidence from you to help take a decision, and in this case the match what you will give them as evidence to what you said on the application to decide if they will approve your case or not

3- deny your case overall and direct you to channels where you can appeal your application or what to do, in this case get a lawyer because that means you are into a big mess which size depends on what reason you have in your file.

So, so far you are not approved yet, but the good thing is that your initial application was accepted and nothing is missing as far as fees, information, or so on. Sit tight and wait your turn.

by the way you have to be truthful all the time in your answers and should you have any legal issues in the past and you fear that it might affect your application, get an immigration attorney who can give you a detailed advice but it will cost you more.

good luck

I for one don't believe sanitized language, grow a thicker shell. It has actually gotten me far as my superiors at work know I won't blow smoke up there @sses when they need a strait answer.

You can't interpret rude on an online forum. How many times have you told a joke on a forum and it didn't come across to the reader as a joke.

Besides the OP was asking what the message meant beyond the text. No body has answered him. No one really knows what it means. Usually people get approved not long after. He can contact USCIS and request a tier 2 rep to ask but odds are the OP just needs to wait.
