Have you turned on CNN lately? This is practically all they talk about and they know NOTHING. It's endless speculation and conspiracy theories with nothing to back up ANYTHING.

I feel very sorry for the families if they have to listen to the same garbage media we do, endlessly, while they try to deal with this.

There is trying to figure out what happened, and then there's sensationalizing a story. Giving it a title and theme music and the same BS this country's media always does when there's a big event.

Yeah good ol cnn. The girlfriend of the American on board is disgusted with the media coverage.

But Americans like this kind of sensational news coverage, it's like reality tv. I don't watch cnn unless there is an event on going and I want to see live coverage.

I like a few shows on Msnbc for my political commentary and my regular news and current events I get from PBS newshour and various Internet resources.

When I want news I turn to BBC.

You can shut off a persons news feeds on fb without unfriending them. I have done this to a good number of people I'm friends with.

Yeah there's the one girl that posts 10 photos every time she goes to buy a donut, and then another 20 photos of her trip to McDonalds. And for some reason her meaningless trips always show up at the top of my news feed. I'm considering just unfriending her completely. Actually, I find myself wondering why I use Facebook at all. The only value I get out of it, is seeing that all my ex girlfriends put on 50 pounds.

I very rarely use fb anymore, but I had to tone down a few of my overzealous friends with their constantly posting useless information that they feel everyone must have. I have one buddy that I grew up with, we used to raise hell everywhere we went. He got caught cheating on his wife a couple years ago and has since found God, and that's all he ever posts anymore. Thankfully I don't have to see it.
