My reply is that often when Muslims decide to do a mass shooting they seem to announce the fact that is is being done in the name of Islam ... You seem to forget these facts. Why should I be on a watch list ?

Because no where in the Qu'ran does it say to go and shoot innocent people. Read the bible and take it to the most extreme case. You'd have the same thing.

Despite the evidence to the contrary, the government of Egypt refused to ever admit that one of their pilots deliberately crashed flight 990 into the sea.

All fingers have been pointed to two Iranian men on Malaysian flight MH370 who reportedly used stolen passports to board the plane. It boggles the mind how Western press is now dismissing an act of terror as these two men appear to have only been seeking asylum.

Immediately after EgyptAir Flight 990 was directed at the Atlantic Ocean, Batouty said, “I rely on God” seven times in eight seconds. Speech analysts concluded that his speech patterns did not indicate stress. In fact, he seemed relaxed. The command captain returned to the cockpit after the seventh “I rely on God.” He said, “What’s happening?” twice. His voice indicated he was very stressed. The captain managed to direct the plane into a steep climb, but Batouty’s controls were still conflicting, despite the Captain’s order to “pull with me.” The plane went into a second nosedive before EgyptAir Flight 990 met the Atlantic Ocean at a high speed, killing 217 people.

The National Transportation Safety Board concluded that the crash of EgyptAir Flight 990 was a result of actions taken by Gamil El Batouty. The reason Batouty commanded the plane to dive is unknown. There is no available evidence that he was a terrorist or mentally ill. It is truly a mystery. Nonetheless, investigators have shown conclusively that no conceivable malfunction would have resulted in the precise scenario that landed EgyptAir Flight 990 in the ocean.

I not understand one big thing here -

Since these are Muslim folk not in the USA - how does it affect you ? I'm not seeing it, nothing to defend.

Darnell, I've seen it with my own eyes. I'm not afraid to say what my religion is. Because that's who I am. But I've witnessed many muslims who are hesitant to say what their faith is because of anything that happens in the name of Islam.

I said it here about a year ago. When I took my wife to the mall for the first time, we went into a dollar store ran by muslims. The prayers were playing in the background, my wife informed me about it. In my ignorance, I went to the shop owner and asked if he was a muslim. The look he gave me was almost scary. He didn't know how to answer because he didn't know if I was going to make a stupid comment or leave his store. I pulled out my muslim ID card, he breathed a sigh of relief. He was like I've had to deal with hatred every day in this store for years after 9/11.

We don't know what those two guys were doing just yet. And CNN is not ruling out terrorism.

My point is that there is no need to look at these guys and that the press is afraid to openly speak of an inside job.

We don't know that yet. All we know is two dudes got on the plane with stolen passports. That's it. Before we start screaming Islamic martyrs, let's be sure.

I'm a guy who believes history is the greatest predictor of future events and also sees where there is smoke, there is fire. Planes just don't disappear, and the misinformation being handed down is a huge clue that should not be overlooked.

The plane has disappeared. It could be a hijacking, that's not inclusive to muslims. It could have blown up due to technical problems. There's plenty of things that could have happened. I didn't say to rule it out, but once again, before you make a judgement, have the facts first.

Just curious as to whether there have been any hijackings in recent history that did not involve a radical Muslim? I can't think of one, but welcome enlightenment.
