Hello!

I am about to fill out the form and want to make sure I do it right.

Questions:

1. If an item is not applicable I will leave it blank instead of writing "N/A" right?

2. Does it have to be all capital letters when filling out the form?

3. Is there a required paper size to use when I am to print the form? short or long bond paper is ok?

4. Do I also need to include a passport style photo of my fiance's child (K2)?

Thanks!

I filled all non applicable items with a "NONE"

2. Does it have to be all capital letters when filling out the form?

The only all capital letters should be the last name

3. Is there a required paper size to use when I am to print the form? short or long bond paper is ok?

8 1/2 inch by 11 inch

4. Do I also need to include a passport style photo of my fiance's child (K2)?

No, the only thing u need is the G-235A for both of you and both of you need a 2x2 inch passport style photo with a white background

Thank you so much! Where does it say that the last name should be written in capital letters? I could not find it anywhere.

The I-129F instructions from the USCIS state to leave them blank. I would follow their instructions when filling out one of their forms > http://www.uscis.gov...i-129finstr.pdf

How To Fill Out Form I-129F

1. Type or print legibly in black ink.

2. If extra space is needed to complete any item, attach a continuation sheet, write your name and Alien Registration

Number (A-Number) (if any), at the top of each sheet of paper, indicate the Part and Item Number to which your

answer refers, and date and sign each sheet.

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If an item is not applicable or the answer is “none,” leave the space blank.

Read page 2 of the I-129F instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

1) If an item does NOT apply leave it blank

2) Doesn't not have to be all capital letters, you can if you want.

3) The forms are all standard letter size (8X10)

4) No passport style photo of the K2 is required, the passport style photos are only required of the petitioner and beneficiary. Again, read the instructions for the I-129F
