We had 2, both about income related issues, I responded within a day or two of receipt. The 1st one probably cost us 2 and a half weeks. The second one, we got our interview date about 2 weeks after we sent requested info.

Mine was in regards to my husbands TAX info, we didn't send in the "complete tax info"... Whoops! We responded the same day and it did delay my AP/EAD to about 111 days, so an extra 21 days from the original time frame, however our GC interview is April 10th, so we are pretty darn lucky!

Not really an RFE but I added up the fees wrong (Myself and two children) and sent a chq that was $5 over. They sent the entire load of paperwork back with their usual vague wording but it was good because it gave me a chance to correct the fact that i'd forgotten to include passport copies and photo for the i-131 applications. EAD and AP was approved in 81 days.

We received an RFE because I forgot to include my tax returns (I submitted my W-2's, but not the completed tax return, whoops).

We got an RFE because we forgot to include passport photocopies for our joint sponsor. Our case got updated pretty quick - within a couple of weeks.
