How does the iv application start the process?

How does the chooice of agent know that the iv processing is ready?

After paying the"AOS" and sending the ds261 how long it takes to start the iv processing fee?

Have you send I-864 and support document? After 10 days paying AOS fee and sending I-864, I got email from NVC for the IV fee. If you didn't provide email, I guess they will send by regular mail.

Hi there... im also waiting for the immigrant processing fee bill so i can pay it... according to thwm just wait dor 2 -5 working days.. but its now almost 3weeks and still nothing?

Currently it is taking NVC 45 working days to process DS-261. After these days you will get a confirmation letter/email from NVC that you choice of agent has been processed. At the same time your IV bill will be online or emailed to you. DO NOT GO BACK IN YOUR DS-261 FORM. It WILL set back the clock and 45 days start over again.
