WOOOHOOOO... We got our confirmation Text and Email! NOA1 letter will probably get to my mailbox next week. Excited!!! I was also routed to the Texas Service Center (TSC).

Congrats to everyone that has received their notifications. I have received a bunch of emails from Timeline updates of people that filed on the 26th and 27th of March, which means they are working on getting everyone from March entered into the system.

Let's GO TSC!!!! Wooohooo

Yeeeee haaaaa we got our NOA1 today also . I hope it goes smoothly for everyone in this journey . It will be a nerve tweaking one I know but we all deserve happiness . Good luck to all and keep in touch .

We sent our petition on March 17th and got our NOA1 on March 20th now anxiously waiting for our NOA2

We won't get a notification when the Service Center receives our application, right? The NOA1 is just for when our cases are transferred?

I was confused by that too. But I think they are three separate goals/averages of the USCIS.

It is saying the Texas Service Center usually processes application within five months (on VJ things seem to be going faster though).

All the Service Centers nationwide are trying to process applications within five months (so the Texas Service Center's goal is the same as the service centers nationwide)

And their goal overall is five months. So really, everyone in the USCIS part of the government is shooting for the goal of processing our applications within five months (though again, on VJ it seems like things happen faster than that)

We just received the NOA1 in the mail today and our case was routed to CSC. Hoping that everyone will have a smooth application and if possible a faster one.

hello everyone,, wanna join this group. F & I sent our application last March 3 n we got our NOA1 last 3/12/14 also waiting for our 2nd notice,, waiting also make us crazy. Praying that we'll get our NOA2 soon... nice that i felt like u all guys there.. it cheers me up thanx a lot.. God bless to us all! :-)

It would seem to me that some are actually processing faster than five months! At least, that is what I pray for. I think we're hoping for around 2 and a half months.

Goodness, I don't really like weekends now, because we know the good people at USCIS can't do anything for our cases on weekends. I'd almost rather it be Monday already, so at least we know things are moving.

I was just checking my timeline estimation date on VisaJourney (as usual) and I was very happy to see that the estimation changed to be 10 days sooner than the one before I think this means that things are going faster in TSC (at least a little) and wanted to let you know because I know how we all long for a tiny bit of hope!

Sent I-129F Package March 22. Received by USCIS March 25, still waiting for I-129F packet from USCIS..

Hello! Welcome to VisaJourney It's a very helpful website for filers and make sure you update your timeline regularly!

Alien registration number is the number they assign that shows that the beneficiary is saved on the system and that they've possibly started looking into your file It usually doesn't have any importance, it just means that someone there got your application into the system.

You can log into USCIS website and track your application and there, if you have a number registered for you, it will show up on the tracking page saying:

"On (the date), your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). "
