I saw 3 people from South Africa getting approved from the past 2 days I think they are now touching files from Africa.


We just got the text message! Our petition is finally approved!!!!!!!!!! Aaaaaaaah were so excited!!!!!!!!!!! I was a crying mess and now I'm a ball of emotions and excitement!!!!!! Aaaaaaaaahahahahahahhaa yesyesyessssss!!!!!!!!!! Those still waiting, it's coming sooner than you think!!!!! <3<3<3

Our petition is in the TSC. Sure is painful watching all the CSC folks move on past.

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file

Congrats to all the March filers who have moved on to NVC. I haven't been so lucky. Received RFE after nearly 6 months of waiting. Replied immediately, and now am in the black hole again...waiting.

Had desperately hoped to be through this process by the end of this calendar year, but that's looking highly unlikely at this point. Sad.

I still wonder why yours hasn't been approved. Make no sense! I still think that a call to the Ombudsman is in order.

I still wonder why yours hasn't been approved. Make no sense! I still think that a call to the Ombudsman is in order.

I'm thinking it is something stupid like security checks. I will give my Congressman another week and then give the Ombudsman a try.
