Honestly your safest bet is to plan for around the middle to end of 6 months. That is the current processing I'm seeing on most timelines. I wouldn't expect anything prior to that mark

I got a text and a email that we got approved on june 25th. Its been a week and I havent gotten my papers yet. How long did it take to get your paper and whats the next step?

It doesn't mean you can't call TSC and start pestering them for service request. You're welcome to wait another month, but as for myself, I like to start my new life as soon as possible. Plus, would you trust these people to initiate anything on their own or do you think they need some push/motivation? Safe bet latter is the better choice.

I would have used USPS overnight letter for $20.00 and they would have signed for it the next day at their P.O. Box in Mesquite...

Isn't that impossible?? Overnight? I don't know it works actually .. It's been 3 weeks.. The paper I sent is in New York since June 20.. Until now. He called twice but they said we have to wait for the email.. But still no good news after 1 week. So I sent another paper again.. Not in the post office but in a private office.. More expensive but reliable. How are you? Any news?

Hi, I think I misunderstood your original post. I thought you were trying to send paperwork to Mesquite, Texas from here in the U.S., but I think you were

trying to send paperwork to your fiancé from the Philippines to the U.S., correct?

Was it the type of paperwork that maybe you can scan on a computer and just email to your fiancé, if so, that would be a lot quicker and safer. I had my fiancé scan some items and just email them to me.

I submitted an inquiry over the phone and received an email saying they were waiting on background security checks, but I think that's just a standard response to inquiry's at this point. Haven't heard anything else... Maybe later this month or next. So frustrating because now all August interview dates are gone, so the earliest now for interview would be September, but I'm not very optimistic at this point.

Yes.. I sent him my intent to marry letter.. That's the only missing part of our application.. And it's annoying that this is the first time I sent him a letter that took 3 weeks.. That frustrate me for now.. I just hope I get a September interview..

Anyway, you'll get it soon.. More patience..
