We all paid each of our required dues/fees. We all hope that we get each of our case worked/served fairly no matter which Service Center location. The I129F processing timeline of 5 months just does not make any sense when there are cases more recent than others get approved. Just looking at the cases TSC receives, exhausting the I129F life-cycle is not going to release the bottleneck; it is a chain process. If it was DACA that may have caused this. I am disappointed about the DACA approach of 'almost' putting other processes (such as NOA2 approvals) to a halt. How many are there in the TSC that can process cases? How about segragation...DACA team, I129F team, etc...? Implement to all Service Centers to process DACA, so that nothing goes to a halt. Hire more people to process DACA and if needed use a third-party to run their background checks (this process recently got implemented. Thought it is one of the requirement that undocumented residents will have to pay penalties/taxes to make it right, hence more funding). Additionally, if segragation is implemented, the high-risk of an individual having system access that enables him/her to execute conflicting end-to-end transactions can be avoided.

*It is one of the US-DACA goal to streamline immigration process (Immigration Reform). The halted TSC NOA2 approval process are for Immigrants as well.

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file

I know this is frustrating but you need to understand that in the end we are all just packages of papers to people doing their job. Most don't really care about each individual case, they don't particularly care if you're happy or sad, they're just doing their job.

And no, we don't have to wait for September. That was just his explanation as to why CSC is faster at the moment. In September they will prioritize different paperwork and therefore they might process them slower.

Keep in mind that the 5 months is an estimate, and even then the wording on the website is wrong. It's 5 months + 29 days, so basically it's 6 months before you are out of "normal processing times".

Early March filers will probably start seeing NOA2's somewhere near mid to end July or early August.

April 22: I-129F mail returned to sender due to undeliverable

May 5: Approved I-129F re-mailed to correct address

May 14: Received I-797 (NOA2) thru mail

May 27: Received letter from NVC Manila Case # thru mail

Paid MRV at BPI

May 29: Completed DS-160 online at ceac website

May 31: Received I-129F copy packet from fiance

June 5: Received hard copy notice of eligibility from the US Embassy Manila

June 5: Received appointment confirmation

June 17: Done medical at St Lukes (1.5 days)

June 17: Cancelled schedule of interview due to mutilated passport

July 21: Interview date (Approved)

July 25: Visa status (ceac): Issued!

July 30: Visa status: for delivery

Sept3: Arrival L.A.X

Sept30: Got married!

Nov 5: Mailed AOS, AED, AP to Chicago, IL

damaged but mine was just slightly drench by perfume.

I submitted an official inquiry via the 800 phone number on Thursday of this week. I received NOA1 on March 24th. I know it hasn't been five months, but when I look at the time lines for TSC and the Philippines the avg. time between NOA1 and NOA2 is 31 days for TSC... I just want to know that they haven't lost my petition or something. I was told I should expect a response to my inquiry within the next 15 to 30 days... I laughed and said 30 days is the current average time for NOA2 approval from TSC :rofl: It must be all luck. Probably depends on whose desk you end up on... I figure mine is on some burned out employee who is just waiting for retirement or something...

Send me and RFE or something, PLEASE! I would be happy with that...

WELL! Let me tell you a story.. (LOL) when I went and checked how many petitions they have etc etc, The USCIS site said 0. It didn't show nothing, I did try and upload a pic with it, But the pic failed.. So I just changed it, It's either an error on their side or my laptop just doesn't want to show me :P
