Does anyone know why or how they process applications? They dont seem to go by the date submitted. Its so unfair. It makes me furious.

I am luck and got quick approval but it makes me question the system and whether I will not be so lucky in the next few stages of my journey.

How do they work down there?

I'm sorry you have not been approved yet. It wont be long, I'm sure of it.

It really angers me too especially when the uscis states that they go by the order the receive. Its more of the luck of the draw. I think i am one of the last ones at CSC that is waiting from march!! :crying:

03/04/2014- I-129f Sent

03/11/2014- NOA1 Received via email/text

03/13/2014- Alien Registration number changed.

05/22/2014- NOA2 text message receive Approved in 72 days!! :dancing:

06/03/2014- NVC Case number received.

06/06/2014- CEAC status changed to "In transit"

06/10/2014- CEAC Status changed to Ready

06/16/2014- Packet 3 Received via email after I submitted an inquiry through website

06/26/2014 - Packet 3 sent

07/04/2014- Packet 4 Received Via Courier service

07/07/2014- Medical Done

07/16/2014- Interview(Approved!!!) :dance:

07/18/2014- CEAC Status update- Ready changed to Non-Immigrant

08/09/2014- CEAC Status update- AP

08/11/2014- CEAC Status Update- Issued

08/23/2014- Visa In hand

08/25/2014- POE chicago!!! :D

08/28/2014- Married! :luv:

2015-01-07 EAD/AP Combo Card Received
2015-03-17 Received Potential Interview Waiver Notice

2015-10-01- EAD Renewal request submitted

2016-07-21- AOS denied- we missed our interview in October 2015 because we didn't receive the interview letter and we were not notified via numerous service requests and senator inquiry placed after our missed interview appointment.

2016-08-17- I290B- Motion to reconsider filed by the lawyer.

2016-12-08- Motion to reconsider denied

Now starting the whole process again and refilling I-485.

Our petition is in the TSC. Sure is painful watching all the CSC folks move on past.

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file

I sent my I-129F on February 19th

Received on the 21st n as followed

Since than I'm waiting for the NOA2 seems doesn't wanna come so I'm asking myself

When when when it will come? I'm miss my fiancé so much?????

TO ALL FILIPINAS OUT THERE WHO GOT THEIR NOA 2 AND NOW ON EMBASSY STAGE, HELP! DUNNO WHAT'S NEXT MY FIANCE GOT THE NOA 2, AND HE CALLED THE NVC THAT MY CASE IS ALREADY IN US EMBASSY 20 DAYS ALREADY. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

Get your Manila Case Number and pay your visa application fee of $240 at BPI. Fill out your DS 160 then schedule for an interview. Currently, there are no available open schedules. All we can do is wait for an opening! Sigh :/

Finally!! NOA2 text message received!!! Fiance and I were in between our daily Skype session when I received the text on my phone. I had a hard time catching my breath. Best feeling ever! :D:D Goodluck to all of you waiting. Sending positive Vibes to all of you!!
