Our petition is in the TSC. Sure is painful watching all the CSC folks move on past.

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file

It is true... i came here to find answers and now i feel more and more confused ..

MINE this Tuesday says May 24th to June 27th and today says till July i really sont know if in 2 days more im gonna see till Agosto ... :(

I felt the exact same way!!! I was so confused and frustrated when we first submitted our application. My only solution was to keep checking the website and to stay busy. :( which was pretty hard. I also kept a countdown on my calendar at home to our proposed NOA2 date five months out.

Yes, well my fiance told me if the USCIS approve our cases they gonna send an email or txt message but i really dont know is that accurate or not... I just checked 3 times the USCIS website since they accepted our case ...

I did receive both text and email notifications for our NOA2 once I signed up. Seems to be pretty accurate. Stay hopeful!! Your approval will come!!! And if you need someone to listen or talk to, we're here! :)

K-1 Journey:

Petition sent: 03/27/2014

Interview date!!! 10/06/2014

AOS:

Packet received at Chicago Lockbox: 2/2/2015

EAD approved! 2/26/2015

AP approved! 2/26/2015

Green card received!! 09/24/2015

ROC: 

I-751 sent off to CSC: 7/25/2017

NOA1: 7/27/2017

Filed Inquiry into Biometrics status: 9/18/2017

10 Year Green Card Approved!!! 10/22/2018

Now starting the whole process again and refilling I-485.

TO ALL FILIPINAS OUT THERE WHO GOT THEIR NOA 2 AND NOW ON EMBASSY STAGE, HELP! DUNNO WHAT'S NEXT MY FIANCE GOT THE NOA 2, AND HE CALLED THE NVC THAT MY CASE IS ALREADY IN US EMBASSY 20 DAYS ALREADY. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

March 22: I-129F application sent by my Fiance

March 28: I-129F opened in lockbox informed thru email

April 2: Alien registration number has changed thru uscis website, case status

April 16: I-129F petition approved

April 22: I-129F mail returned to sender due to undeliverable

May 5: Approved I-129F re-mailed to correct address

May 14: Received I-797 (NOA2) thru mail

May 27: Received letter from NVC Manila Case # thru mail

Paid MRV at BPI

May 29: Completed DS-160 online at ceac website

May 31: Received I-129F copy packet from fiance

June 5: Received hard copy notice of eligibility from the US Embassy Manila

June 5: Received appointment confirmation

June 17: Done medical at St Lukes (1.5 days)

June 17: Cancelled schedule of interview due to mutilated passport

July 21: Interview date (Approved)

July 25: Visa status (ceac): Issued!

July 30: Visa status: for delivery

Sept3: Arrival L.A.X

Sept30: Got married!

Nov 5: Mailed AOS, AED, AP to Chicago, IL

Any other March Filers or earlier still waiting on NOA2 at CSC?

Does anyone know why or how they process applications? They dont seem to go by the date submitted. Its so unfair. It makes me furious.

I am luck and got quick approval but it makes me question the system and whether I will not be so lucky in the next few stages of my journey.

How do they work down there?

I'm sorry you have not been approved yet. It wont be long, I'm sure of it.
