I just told my current employer to extend my grad contract with a unknown date. I am graduating and to do so I have to do an internship. Im glad its paid. He needed an end date so told him just do oct 1st. It sucks because it will be a long time and I will get paid under the government set rules for minimum wage.

But it will give me time to save up some money. Im trying to stay strong for both me and my fiancee. She is really struggling with this. Its hard on her. Im not as much affected by it right now because of my thesis but I am sure once thats over, ill be a mess as well. A grown up man being a mess. Kind of weird to think about to so true. Let me be with my fiancee!

Soon very soon ;) ;) stay focused and you know the time flies...

Our petition is in the TSC. Sure is painful watching all the CSC folks move on past.

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file

No problem asking... I would love to go visit. I have lived there for 11 years, and have lots of wonderful friends besides him being there. But, my job won't allow vacation time for a wedding and an extra trip, so I can't get away to go see him, since I am hoping to get him up here sometime before the end of the year for a wedding.

I understand know!! :(

We hope all our cases are approved soon :) :)

Just want to add that my visa journey's estimated approval is true for my case.. it says that I may get approval from 5 May to 16 May and I got approved on 12 May!! I was consciously waiting since last week and thank God it did happen!! :) It really helps if every member updates their timelines accurately. :)

Congratulations to us! We are really together on this journey lol! My VJ estimated time is accurate as well.

03/24/14 : I129-F sent

03/27/14 : I129-F delivered

04/02/14 : NOA 1

04/05/14 : Alien Registration Number changed

05/14/14 : NOA 2

06/09/14 : NVC letter (Manila Case Number)

06/20/14 : US Embassy Manila Interview (APPROVED)

06/27/14 : Visa on hand

Don't focus on the timeline. Mine says April 20 to May 14 and every day change.

March 20, 2014: I-129F Received
March 25, 2014: NOA 1 (notification by email)
March 26, 2014: Change Alien Registration number
March 28, 2014: NOA 1 (hard-copy by mail)
May 23, 2014 : I129F RFE (Request for Evidence)-Notification by email
May 27, 2014 : I129F RFE (Request for Evidence)-hard-copy by mail- TOUCHED USCIS
May 28, 2014 : I129F RFE reply
June 02, 2014 : I129F RFE Response Review
June 09, 2014 : NOA 2 Approved (notification by email)
June 13, 2014 : NOA 2 (hard-copy by mail)
June 19, 2014 : NVC Case creation date
June 26, 2014 : CEAC status update - READY for interview
June 30, 2014 : Received NVC Letter with case number (mail)
July 07, 2014 : Notification by email INTERVIEW DATE AUGUST 11.... :-)

August 11, 2014: INTERVIEW!! APPROVED!!

August 12, 2014: passport status ISSUED

It is true... i came here to find answers and now i feel more and more confused ..

MINE this Tuesday says May 24th to June 27th and today says till July i really sont know if in 2 days more im gonna see till Agosto ... :(

Yeah my timeline was way off, it says April 13 or something and I still haven't got my NOA2... :clock:

Increible!!! Ahhhh soo sad i dont know what to do :( this process is killing me... I thought they approved the cases according each country..

I know, its terrible...i used to check the uscis website every 5 minutes and now its just depressing. i try to limit myself to check only once a day

Yes, well my fiance told me if the USCIS approve our cases they gonna send an email or txt message but i really dont know is that accurate or not... I just checked 3 times the USCIS website since they accepted our case ...

Yes, if you signed up for the email and text alerts then you should get both when your case is updated...i still check the website though..
