GOOD news! There seems to be several December filers getting their NOA2 from TSC in the last few days! Looks like things are FINALLY moving forwards!!!

Our petition is in the TSC. Sure is painful watching all the CSC folks move on past.

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file

November was for me and its my birthday today... Not the same without her. Wish I could celebrate it with her.

Gefeliciteerd, not that a stranger congratulating you on a lonely birthday is any conselation :(

I haven't seen her since January. Both her and I were planning for me to fly over there around September, even if the NOA2 came early.

But now we are actually considering the fact that even September may not even be possible if the NOA takes it's full 2 month course.

What's even more annoying in the whole matter is we sent our paperwork somewhere around the midle of February. But with all the winter storms there was so much delay that it took an entire half month before we even got our NOA1. That just makes the wait a little bit more annoying.

February 15th - sent package to Dallas. Took a long time to get to Dallas because of weather conditions and delays.

March 3rd - NOA1.

March 5th - Received alien registration number.

August 21st- NOA2.
September 8th - NVC received package and assigned case #
September 11th - Embassy received package.
September 16th - Received Packet 3.
September 17th - Sent packet 3 back.
September 23rd - Received packet 4.
October 14th - Medical.
October 21st - Interview. - Interview approved, visa granted!

November 1st - Moving to the U.S.

I hope so too. I really wished for an updated stat overview on the USCIS website (tools). That way we could estimate how long it would really take.

Like on here people mess up their Timelines and it gets all messed up by people just filling in random numbers (i.e 05-05-2014 NOA1 - 20-05-2014 NOA2, well done. Let me know how that future is going for you). And its only a small representation, I think about 10% of the total signees per month.

Speaking of that Stat update, I have noticed yeah it doesn't update at all. I asked the other day in a forum about that and nobody answered me. You would have thought by now it would have at least added the additional months on there :/

Yes that is the one we are talking about.... those numbers have not changed in well over a month, as well as March/April/May being added to the data. Not sure how frequently it is updated, but it has not been in quite a while.

I cannot go anywhere. Currently busy graduating. 4 weeks left till my thesis and after that I have to wait till mid july for the result and my bachelor degree. After that I hope progress has been made by the USCIS. So that I can be with her right after that.
