It seems like at least from the thread is just one person, however we know that VJ only represents a small percentage of all the cases the USCIS processes.

We also have a forum for January filers at TSC and we are all still waiting on NOA2 (except from very few lucky ones and all those expedites from the Philippines)

It is better to be prepared to wait 5 months, the 1st 2 months after NOA1 I was stressed out every single day and not understanding why others were getting approved faster, then I realized some of those were expedites, and also that the CSC is going faster.

Anyway! Best luck to everyone, we are all in the same boat ^_^

Aye! VJ is just a portion of the people. but that good then. I know about the expedite cases and I'm just like "Errr... Okay" I can't really say much on that, But I am preparing for the full 5 Months (August 11th) I'm not angry or upset or nothing about the wait, It just annoying not having him here and to sleep alone. hah!! :)

Best of luck to you on your journey! :)

I realize that it will likely be the whole 5 months... and others have waited longer... but... waiting is hard!!! I am a fixer, not a waiter :) It has been since September since I have seen my fiance!

Yes it's true we all in the same boat like u said?

albeit it being a slow sinking on. Stupid TSC lol.

Also I think people with government jobs get through quick. Reason for that being is they already had the background check. They just check their files for that.

Being from the Netherlands I expect to wait the longest because we have a strong economy and a good relation with the USA. So since we are stable there might be a thoughtprocess behind that.

But there seems to be no real order to the processing. Like its random.

Not the case. I have been with the State Government for over 6 years with special clearances and what not and still am in the wait along with all the lovely other people.

This process gives me rollercoaster emotions. I was excited when we sent the application, waited patiently for the NOA1, making myself believe that I'll be fine waiting, then I'll see myself crying because I want to be with him. He'll visit me again in July, I am fantasizing that my visa would get approved before that time so I can go back to the United States with him but with the way how this all goes, I am slowly accepting that it's impossible. It's been 2 1/2 months since I last saw him. Waiting is not my forte. I sometimes wonder how my man is so relaxed and here I am freaking out everytime I checked the status online. Good luck to all of us, this site gives me a little relief knowing that we are not alone on this process.

Keep up the hope guys! I feel for you all, this is a hard time and extremely hard process especially since most of us are away from our fiance's!

I just wanted to let you all know and hopefully it keeps the hope up for all of your cases but my case was not expedited (was worked on by the CSC) but today we received our interview date. Once you get the NOA2 it goes by pretty fast, 2 weeks for the NVC to get it, stayed there for a couple of days then it took 2 business days to get the case down to Santiago, Chile. Once you get the information that the NVC sent it off there is a really helpful topic in the NVC forum that explains how you can track your case on the DHL website!

I wish the best of luck and fast turn arounds for everyone!
