April 2: Alien registration number has changed thru uscis website, case status

April 16: I-129F petition approved

April 22: I-129F mail returned to sender due to undeliverable

May 5: Approved I-129F re-mailed to correct address

May 14: Received I-797 (NOA2) thru mail

May 27: Received letter from NVC Manila Case # thru mail

Paid MRV at BPI

May 29: Completed DS-160 online at ceac website

May 31: Received I-129F copy packet from fiance

June 5: Received hard copy notice of eligibility from the US Embassy Manila

June 5: Received appointment confirmation

June 17: Done medical at St Lukes (1.5 days)

June 17: Cancelled schedule of interview due to mutilated passport

July 21: Interview date (Approved)

July 25: Visa status (ceac): Issued!

July 30: Visa status: for delivery

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file

With the supporting documents for the Affidavit of support (mainly bank statement) Can my fiancé cover his account number with a black marker? So you can't see it, but leave his name and address on it? Also, is it important to have a letter from his work? ^_^

I've started dreaming about getting our NOA2. It looked like a report card and they rated us based on the evidence we submitted, the correctness of the forms and overall presentation. We did really well, but it was still a weird dream! :) Let's hope it becomes real for all of us shortly!

We havent receive the hard copy of noa2 but we saw on the case status that my petition got approve!!! In 22 days :)

I am starting to get pretty anxious and upset..especially after seeing approvals for people that filed end march april when there are so many people still waiting from january feburary...Seems like they have no organized system...its more of luck of the draw!!!

03/04/2014- I-129f Sent

03/11/2014- NOA1 Received via email/text

03/13/2014- Alien Registration number changed.

05/22/2014- NOA2 text message receive Approved in 72 days!! :dancing:

06/03/2014- NVC Case number received.

06/06/2014- CEAC status changed to "In transit"

06/10/2014- CEAC Status changed to Ready

06/16/2014- Packet 3 Received via email after I submitted an inquiry through website

2016-08-17- I290B- Motion to reconsider filed by the lawyer.

2016-12-08- Motion to reconsider denied

Now starting the whole process again and refilling I-485.

Actually it's not! The ones you see from march or April or even February are from California Service Center. Some of them think they are being processed by Texas Service Center just because they send their package to Texas, so they fill their timelines like that on VJ. And they mix up the data :)

Texas is processing December January files now. So at least 4 month of waiting for us.

March 25, 2014: I-129f sent. April 16, 2015: Date filed.

April 1, 2014: NOA1 received & check cashed. April 22, 2015: NOA received.
April 2, 2014: Alien Registration Number changed.

I've seen people get approved who sent in their application around the same time we did; and it is driving me bonkers! (even though I'm happy for them :) ) Ours was sent CSC too. Saying prayers that you get that blessed NOA2 soon! (I know I'll be checking the case status every spare minute too (and mine isn't supposed to be approved until late May) )

I was thinking they wouldn't work Friday of last week. But they must have because cases were approved that day.
